'The bedroom was ok although a musty small in the evening the bathroom was a disgrace I have seen better derelict conditions taps rusty with mould toilet bowl heavily stained from poo toilet seat grubby shower cold only mould they swooped after I complained but it was just the same I got a cloth and water and cleared the mirrow from splash marks it came up good the owner said what you expect we gave you cheapest room at $20 what you are joking I don’t care how much I pay a bit of elbow grease...

'Honestly I needed a place to stay last minute the staff were nice enough but the room was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has stayed in hostels they have always been much nicer than this it was truly disgusting. '

'Rien à voir avec les photos . Chambre (que ce soit le mobilier ou les murs)et sanitaires sales et non entretenues.
J’ai demandé à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée à mon arrivée en revenant le soir je n’ai vu aucun changement mais ils étaient bien passé. J’avais acheter quelques produits ménage et demander le balais pour nettoyer.
Seule une bouilloire est disponible en chambre mais pas utilisable, sale et beaucoup de calcaire.
Chaque jour le personnel passe mais pour faire le lit uniquement les...

"I booked for three persons, before arriving I made a request for three separate beds. There was only one king size bed and they said that it was normal to sleep whit three persons in that bed. When I asked for an other extra bed the charge was 50 euro per night extra, eventually they made it 25 euro when is said it is not acceptable.
There are two pools both are only 1,3 meter deep, very shallow in my opinion. There should be one deeper pool.
Because of the coral reef is about 200 meters away and the tide takes the water out, a muddy pool is left over, so the sea is only accessible 50% of the time. So no good pool and no good swimming in the sea.
The staff and rooms where excellent!
The restaurant is quite expensive for Bali but excellent food.
Overall the stay was good.

"I recently stayed at TS Suites in Seminyak and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed.
The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a great rain shower.
The location is also ideal: close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere.

"We stayed for 3 nights. Every minute at the resort was amazing. The food, the hospitality, the rooms are super luxe and we want to take the bed back home. The bed was amazing. Big shout out to the breakfast at Layang Layang was super! The only thing is the beach where you could lay on the beds, however with high tide there is a lot of trash, and with low tide you can not really swim. But that’s not something they can work on. We recommend this stay to everyone! "
