'Oh yes,all excellent.We enjoyed Christmas,complete with tree and twinkly lights provided in this lovely town cottage.Well equipped and really clean,comfortable and cosy and car parked right by the house. The road I right in the town and yet so quiet! Nearby are the lovely water meadows and Croft for country walks so hardly used the car as all accessible on foot.pleasure to enjoy strolling around the town after dark to see the Christmas lights as it was safe and comfortable…and it didn’t...

'Unkept garden ( not usable), no dustbin, next door to noisy / very smelly fish and chip shop, very narrow and very steep stairs. Property was ver clean, manager was excellent. '

'The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

'We spent a wonderful few days in this simple but pleasant converted barn. The location in the orchard of Tudor West Stow Hall was lovely especially with the fruit trees in full bloom. Communication with proprietor Eileen was very pleasant and her welcoming brownies a real treat.'

'We were made very welcome by Clare at the Owls nest. Upon arrival we found the the accommodation very warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more in this beautiful peaceful setting. The Owl nest was the perfect place to stay while visiting family who live close by.'

We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. 'A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company.'

'Ideal quiet location with country walks on doorstep. Nice biscuits for arrival with lovely fluffy towels and house facilities needed for our stay. Warm welcome from owner on arrival.With warm evening, I took the opportunity to sit out on patio. The property is a maisonette so some noise from above. But this did not affect our stay. Excellent location for Southwold, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and Woodbridge. Ideal property for our two small dogs. I recommend property if you after are somewhere...
