'Windows old, heating system old. I couldn’t sleep at night because heating system was making extremely loud noise. Everything was shaking. I thought earthquake started. Location is great. Beautiful view of the mountains. If you don’t care about the condition of the room this is good place to stay. The staff is helpful. Room is nice and clean.'

Cons: kitchen water pressure is very, very low. Almost unusable. Several linens and table cloths were either dirty or stained in a way that made us doubt their cleanliness; And finally: check-in procedures and interaction with the property management firm, particularly communications, were poor. 'The room was clean, staff was above the top, breakfast has cheese omelets and pancakes and sausage too. it has a hot tub that works well, it was refinished inside but it's wearing off but it does not affect its performance. great location!'

'The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good.'

'Motel complex is only partly like a lodge. The other buildings are standard motel like. Cheaply built, too noisy and very small rooms. Also the rooms are out dated. No coffee in room. Price is way too high for what you get.'

'The pool is out of service, under construction. The pool being not open was not shared with us when we booked. They didn’t offer the continental breakfast because there wasn’t enough people staying there the night I was. The staff did their best to bring us some of the food options to our room but it was a very limited selection of items.'
