'The lady at reception on my arrival was amazing. I had card problems, the chip was not working. She had alot of patience and worked with me until we figured it out. I had to take the bus and the metro to get at my destination, she wrote down everything I needed to do to get there. Amazing sercice from this lady.'

'The staff was fantastic and the building and space was a wonderful experience! Breakfast was lovely and the location was incredible. Our only issues were the wifi didn’t reach into our loft room and the couch/bed in the relaxing area of the room wouldn’t turn into a couch on one half. '

"Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. "

Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation qui n’est pas extraordinaire et qui devrait être revue car l’hôtel se trouve entre l’aéroport et l’autoroute.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être également un peu plus varié "
"J'y ai séjourné en mars 2025 2x ( nuits) La première chambre au 3ieme entait bien, par contre la chambre 206 est très mal située dans l'hotel, pas de vue juste un mur mitoyen a moins de 2 M. Le plancher est d'époque et rien n'est plan. La TV est sur le coté du lit, les sanitaires sont très mal conçu il m'était impossible de m'assoir sur les WC sans accrocher le distributeur de papier, le couvercle ne se lève pas complètement . La peinture s'écaille (dans les 2 chambres) . Bref l'hotel possède un charme certain mais devrai être réaménagé. Les petits dej sont très basique et la salle pas très adaptée."
