'This hotel is just one year old. It is in a beautiful location even for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. The hotel is very well managed and the staff is excellent. I ordered room service a few times and the food and preparation was really excellent. I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects.'

'During booking..requested NON SMOKING room but was given smoking room. Was assured by Front Desk..room was sanitize 3X but cigarettes smells still lingers.'

'There was a confusion during check in, i booked four rooms but they only received 2 under my name. While the others aren't. That caused a delay but no issue. Pool was great but there's only 1 indoor shower available. And there's no hook or hanger on the changing rooms. '
