'Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.'

'I was travelling with my elderly mum who isn't very steady on her feet. On the path to our room (370), we had to cross a short footbridge that had broken boards on it and was very unsteady. It had 4 warning bollards on the completely broken boards and holes but the whole bridge should have been blocked with a detour sign to tell us an alternate route - but we didn't know that there was another way to our room so we crossed it very carefully each time. 'The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room.'
