'Attended Ananda Eco House over 2 nights whilst Montville recorded over 180mm rainfall, yet still found the stay a very comfortable rainforest retreat! 2 books read curled up in the living room (plenty of games available too), bliss. Despite the property not being fully fenced, our well trained dog was safe -labrador sized so large enough to monitor through the foliage, and the property is inset away from the road. The rooms were country luxury and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants...

'We have just stayed here and actually really loved it until we were told our dogs damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our dogs were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!'

'Extremely disappointing stay at Lucas Parklands. This was a very expensive booking , and unfortunately the property did not match the standard you would expect at that price point. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use. The spa bath jets had dirt and hair come out when used. Due to a personal emergency, only 2 of the 8 booked guests could...

'Beautiful property with lots of room for 4 single friends. Communication was great and the team were flexible with check in and out...The host has thought of pretty much everything to make the stay feel special with a splash of luxury. Hard to fault ...and if i struggle to provide any feedback it would be some addotional coffee tables/foot stools and maybe some salt and pepper. This was a special get together for us and it was perfect.'
