Beachfront location at Marcoola Beach, you only need to head out our back gate and walk 250 steps before hitting the pristine sandy (pet friendly!) beach.

Ocean Essence Villa Marcoola is perfectly situated in the Sunshine Coast - a 10 minute drive to Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore, a 5 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast airport and 30 minute drive to Noosa.

This home comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults, 2 children and 1 infant across 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, and is appointed with luxuries such as French linen sheets and Saya hair and body products.

~We are kid friendly and welcome kids!

~STRICTLY NO PARTIES - we love relaxing get togethers with friends and family, but no hens, bucks or schoolies allowed.

E-bikes
-We have *2* E-bikes available for your use! Please note we take no responsibility for any injuries sustained while using our bikes. We require all guests who wish to use the E-Bikes to sign a waiver - please text us a photo of your signature on the waiver and we will send you the bike lock code for the bikes. Helmets are supplied and required for use.

- Surf Air restaurant, bar and gaming room - amazing, reasonably priced bistro fare, extremely kid friendly, and has a relaxed beach vibe

Other details to note

-We are sometimes able to accommodate early check in and late check out, or luggage drop off, depending on if other guests are leaving or arriving. Please contact us for further information

-Infant and children supervision - please ensure that infants and children are supervised on this property.

-We are able to accommodate 8 guests only - three bedrooms plus one sofa bed (sleeps two) in a living space

-Please refer to our photos, so you can judge for yourself the suitability of the property for your needs. If you intend to have any guests visit, please ensure that you notify them of the need for infants and children to be fully supervised.

-Please be aware that the kitchen and laundry cupboards contain cleaning products, such as detergent, antibacterial sprays, washing powder/tablets, insect spray, etc. We do not have child safety locks on these cupboards and so supervision of children is essential.

-As we are situated in a new estate, there can be some occasional construction noise. Most of the time, the area is peaceful and quiet, however more recently construction has become more disruptive during our week days. As a result of this, we have heavily discounted our rates that occur during the week by more than 50% to compensate for this inconvenience. If you will be out during the day, keeping busy at the beach or checking out the many amenities that are in our area, this should hardly impact you at all. The late afternoons and early evenings will still be able to be enjoyed at our beautiful property. Weekends remain completely undisturbed

Our Pet policy

We love having pets stay on holiday however we do have some strict rules that must be followed in order to keep the home in perfect condition for our non-pet guests.

If you have a particularly hairy pet we would appreciate that you sweep up after them or vacuum during your stay. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charges to ensure that our cleaning and sanitisation standards meet our 5 star expectations, which is in consideration of future guests who may have pet hair allergies.

Please bring your own dog bed and food. We do supply one set of dog bowls.
No animals on beds, furniture or in the pool.
Keep them off carpeted areas if at all possible.
On check out, pick up all droppings. We do supply bags.
If there are any accidents please let us know. We are very understanding and it helps us to keep offering a great pet friendly service.
