The Space:

Step inside this single-storey holiday home and you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge flow together for easy holiday living. Kick back in the main living room with a generous plush chaise sofa, smart TV, air-conditioning, and a calm, relaxed feel. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up home-style meals, with all the essential appliances and a dining table for six right alongside. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster, everything you need for a convenient stay.



At the rear of the house, a second lounge offers another spot to unwind, featuring a leather sofa and smart TV. From here, you can step straight out to the backyard, where the pool, outdoor seating, and BBQ area are ready for long sunny afternoons and dips in the pool. Read on for the bedding layout below.



Bedroom 1 (Primary): The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, an air-conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.



Bedroom 2: A welcoming room with a double bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe.



Bedroom 3: Another lovely double bedroom, also with a ceiling fan and wardrobe storage.



Bathroom 1: The main bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, vanity, and a separate toilet.



Laundry: The laundry includes a top-loader washing machine, dryer, sink, and an outdoor clothesline.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and double carport, plus plenty of free street parking.

Situated in the quiet seaside pocket of Golden Beach, this home sits just a couple of streets back from the calm waters of Pumicestone Passage. A relaxed 500m stroll leads you to the gentle waterfront—ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, boating, or spending time at the playgrounds scattered along the foreshore. Golden Beach’s main street is an easy 20-minute walk, where a small collection of cafés and eateries await. When you’re in the mood for more energy, Caloundra’s lively main street is only a short drive away, offering a broader mix of dining, shopping, and coffee spots.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the coastal suburb of Golden Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 5 minute walk to Baldwin St, where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
