The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate family beachside retreat, perfectly placed in sunny Mudjimba. Designed for relaxed coastal living, this bright and spacious home offers everything you need for effortless holiday memories, whether you're swimming in the pool, strolling to the surf, or sharing meals in the leafy garden.
Inside, there’s room for everyone with three separate living areas to stretch out—ideal for movie nights, board games, or simply curling up with a good book. The open-plan kitchen and dining space flows easily to the outdoors, making indoor-outdoor living a breeze.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (double below, single above)
Plus a double sofa bed in the front lounge, perfect for children or teens.
Step outside to find a beautifully shaded pool area, a sandpit for little adventurers, and a grassy backyard framed by tropical plants. This outdoor haven captures a fresh, beachy, and bright vibe, creating the perfect setting for relaxed family days at home.
There are two bathrooms, including a family-friendly main bathroom with a bathtub, and a private outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after the beach. Other features include air conditioning in the main living area, ceiling fans throughout, full laundry facilities, and off-street parking. Best of all, you’re just a five-minute walk to Mudjimba Beach, with its relaxed village feel, family-friendly cafés, and stunning coastal paths.
Dogs are allowed off-leash about 2km down the surf beach and on-leash on the front main beach and parks. There is an extensive bike track and a still water dog off-leash area in the nearby Maroochy River.
Guest Access:
Entire property available for guests, including a double garage. The shed contains pool toys and the BBQ offers an extra gas bottle for BBQ use. **Please ensure supervision of children in the outdoor area.
There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy self-check in.

The Neighborhood:
Mudjimba is a laid back surfing village full of respectful and friendly folk that are dog mad! It is one of the last remaining relatively unspoit areas of the Sunshine Coast.
Getting Around:
Plenty of public transport available close by if required. Buses, uber, taxis etc.
Council buses travel to Coolum and Noosa and also south to Maroochydore. Sunshine Coast airport is only 5kms away.
Other Things to Note:
No parties or events to be held at the property.
Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
