'This is a return visit to this location. I absolutely cannot say enough good things. I come in for a dog show over a weekend each year. It is in a convenient, safe location. The place is clean, comfortable and affordable! I will absolutely reccomend this place, as well as always stay again when I'm in the area.'

'It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand.'

'Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.'

'We enjoyed our two-week stay in Golden. The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.'

'This is a super convenient location for me. The Barn is really cute - fabulous decor touches throughout. I appreciate the huge refrig, gas stove, lots of glasses and dishware. Lots of interesting art, artistic touches. One drawback - the bedrooms are upstairs but the only bathroom in downstairs, I did get a lot of good cardio in!'

'It was great! The place was great for a guys trip of 4 guys. We enjoyed privacy in the unit, everything was clean and new. Quiet location as well. A bit of a walk to things would be my only complaint, but it’s a relatively short walk or a quick Uber. '
