'We were surprised and a little unnerved about the rattle snake habitat next to house. But all was good never seen a snake. Beach is A few steps away. My husband enjoyed watching big ships coming . Need some dishes to be able warm things in microwave. Smaller skillet needs replaced. But other than that kitchen was efficient. The doors to bedrooms stick. The one door is hard to shut.Furniture ok. The Queen bed is really soft you sink in the middle. No air in bedroom but there is a fan.'

'We enjoyed our stay and the property is stocked with everything we needed. The listing is exactly as described. It was a perfect getaway for two. We stay in Surfside once or twice a year and this location is the best. It's close to everything including the beach and restaurants. The check in and check out was easy and communication was great. 'This is an excellent choice for beach access and fishing. Want to walk on the beach, you’re feet away. Want to fish? All the bait shops and jetty space you could ask for. The inside is really nice, feels like home. If I could have stayed forever I would have. Bonus points the the screen covered patio to keep bugs out. Only complaints was a tiny small roach problem near the sink and a rusty grill (owner said it will be replaced soon). When I am on Surfside, this is where I will stay.'

'Very easy to book and check into this property. Owner was very responsive and always checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. Great distance to the beach and house was more than adequately stocked with essential items such as towels, linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Convenience stores are just a mile down the road so it makes it very convenient to grab anything else you need if you run out. Family really enjoyed it and I would stay here again.'

'Location was the best part of this home. The home is nice but could be better cleaned because we encountered some roaches. It is nicely decorated but definitely needs better furniture. One of the beds was broken and our guest fell through the bed when he laid down. There are bunk beds in that same room so it was no biggie I guess. Communication was great which is always a good thing. Pool table is a nice addition to the home.'
