'We loved our stay. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy furniture and bed. In suite coffee was a plus. View was unbeatable. Would definitely stay again.'

'Stupendous and will go back again. The rooms are very spacious with a great view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was fantastic with large portions and fantastic food. We did not have time to walk around the town, but drove through and it is extremely charming.'

'Liked the location and the free shuttle to Colonial Williamsburg. The free breakfast was ok but it’s nothing bad to say about it. Liked the decor of the room. The staff are helpful and nice . Had a great stay.'

'There were police at the property and around it several times . There was a truck with 6-8 garbage bags in front of it in the parking lot throughout our stay and broken glass in the parking lot . I went to every ice machine on 6 floors - NO ice . No working vending either . Rips and burn holes in the bedding roaches in the hallway and bathroom , no water pressure , timer for the jets to tub in my room was around the corner in the bathroom . What looked like blood on the lamp shade on the table...

'The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.'

'I like the property everyone was helpful and kind. The breakfast was good however they should change it up a little bit everyone doesn’t eat pork and they can use more variety of muffins also there was no cheese. They only have one microwave which is ok but the amount of people trying to heat up food they would need another one or maybe an air fryer or convection oven. 'Had a lady help me find my room which was nice. Our room was decent, no bugs or anything suspicious. Only problem was some dried pee stains on the floor of the toilet. For a last minute booking, this was good. Area felt safe too compared to others I’ve been too.'

'Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!'

'There was no cleaning completed during our 4 night stay. When we requested for cleaning, they only brought up fresh towels and removed garbage. Also, the cleaner was irritated by the request. I thought she was having a bad day with the first request but that was her attitude during the whole stay. Also, the bathtub faucet was leaking water. The waterpark, mini golf and bowling were fun especially for our toddlers. They enjoyed themselves.'
