'Very clean and quiet. Has all the amenities you need. Wanted a quiet relaxing weekend for our anniversary and it’s exactly what we got. Fishing was excellent. Lots of pickerel and bass. Would stay here again!!!'

'Great house to unwind and get away from it all'

'Trout River House is such a welcoming and comfortable place! Despite the fact that the weekend we visited was a very hot and rainy one, we got to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, as well as the mountain views, right from the back deck overlooking the river. The deck roof provides more than ample coverage for the spacious dining table and chairs, the propane grill, and several Adirondack chairs. 'The home was in a good location and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the storage key'

'enjoyed our stay very much the house was clean and like the other reviews said well stocked with everything you could think of the property was beautiful. It was peaceful. The owner and property manager were there for us for anything we may have needed. We had fun cooking there and we're very thankful to be able to come back again sometime.'
