'Good communication, price, and beautiful lake views. New appliances and an updated, large kitchen with a huge island, which is a nice feature. Overall, though, the place could use some work. The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples. 'We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! '

'When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. 'It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! 'This place is fantastic, Charlie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was satisfactory. This place includes a lot in your stay such as towels soap/shampoo and even cotton swabs. This place is a great location and will 100% recommend for anyone staying in the area.
