'Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. 'Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.'

'I decided to do a last minute booking at this property and I could not be more pleased. The house was super clean and inviting. I’m picky with cleanliness and it was spotless. Loved sitting on the screened porch watching nature and the pool time was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar at the outdoor pool which was a lot of fun. The owner was super nice and was easy to reach with a special request we made. Will definitely be back!'

'House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.'

'This place is awesome! Everything you need with family, kid friendly. The rafters from the A-frame house is unique. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to prepare your meals. The host has done wonderful to pay attention to the small details, such as plugs for chargers, makeup removal towels. 'Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again!'

We had a few mishaps, including accidentally locking ourselves out late at night, and the host was incredibly kind and flexible, assisting us promptly each time. 'We went up for Fathers Day, to see Bushkill Falls (6 minutes away from the house!!) and to relax. My husband said the couch was very comfortable while he was watching TV and I truly enjoyed the 4 seasons room. I saw squirrels, chipmunks and one morning, a deer. 'So very Clean. Couldn't figure how to stream the tv but thats because we are technology stupid. Loved seeing the deer. Even got pictures of 5 raccoons in the front yard.We didnt get to enjoy the pool because it rained every day but we did drive up and see it, it looked beautiful. Oh well maybe next time the weather will cooperate'
