'Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very...

'This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.'

'Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.'

'I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again'
