'We arrived in Sydney on an early morning flight, exhausted, and went to the front desk just to leave our luggage. On a whim, I asked if an early check-in might be possible, and to my surprise they immediately arranged a room for us. It was such a big help. The hotel has excellent access from the airport, is convenient for sightseeing, and above all, the kind and attentive staff made our family trip truly enjoyable. A wonderfully thoughtful and welcoming hotel.'

'Everything was clean and newer. It was great having a genuine flat where I could put breakfast in the fridge and use the clothes washer. The immediate neighborhood is quiet but quite close to The Rocks, a lively neighborhood of shops, bars, and restaurants. If you like a challenge, you'll get that too because the action of the push button light switches is almost indecipherable. That would not at all make me turn down another opportunity to stay here, just amusing. '
