'The room was very clean and fresh. Very nice decoration. The pool however was really noisy and everyone could get in with shoes. Not very respecting hygiene. The location of the hotel is perfect to get a train (T4) or bus 333 to the city center or Bondi Beach (15 minutes). Only negative surprise was the 36 AUD per day for the parking which wasn't explained while booking.'

On a whim, I asked if an early check-in might be possible, and to my surprise they immediately arranged a room for us. It was such a big help. The hotel has excellent access from the airport, is convenient for sightseeing, and above all, the kind and attentive staff made our family trip truly enjoyable. A wonderfully thoughtful and welcoming hotel.'
