'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

'The hotel is very falsely advertised. The room is very small to the point of being very cramped for even one person. For what you pay a night you could get a room twice as big. The listing advertised soundproofing but the soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything the people around you are doing even flushing the toilet. I was on a higher floor but the street noise was still pretty loud so I'm assuming it's even worse on a lower floor. I got the room for the "city view" but the only thing...

'This was a huge let down as I booked it for a few friends for my birthday. The lighting in the room is very dim, but not in a good way (it felt very cold). The living space seemed like it wasn't swept and the couch looked stained. It all made for an uncomfortable experience.'

'The Lady at the desk was so awesome and really did what she could to help accommodate our needs which I really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and the block out blinds are awesome! Slept like a log. Mum even found out where the pillows were from and bought one! Would highly recommend. Much appreciated'

'The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!'

Ook de Gym is prima verzorgd! Hotel heeft een leuke bar / restaurant. Hotel zit in het centrum van Sydney. Noemenswaardig was Host Mirthe (uit Nederland) die ons meer dan goed heeft geholpen in de eerste dagen. Hotel is een aanrader met edn prima prijs/kwaliteisverhouding. '

'Lovely hotel with very helpful staff on reception, with a very quick and efficient check in. Room was very modern and spacious. Large bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and large bath. Location fabulous for getting around Sydney, close to station and light rail. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by.'

'We stayed at the hotel for a short week; the location in the middle of sydney business district was excellent! Only 15 mins (pleasant) walk to opera house, train station and bridge. The airco was showing a lot of dirt in in & outlet which gave us an unpleasant impression. Also missing a backing pan so no scrambled egg with bacon in the morning :-('

'It is conveniently located near the Light rail and train station. The staff were helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant. The bed is so comfy to sleep in. Although breakfast is order in, there are plenty of foods nearby that is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel.'
