I was very disappointed with the Staff and Service at this hotel. I would not trust the staff, would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.
We were travelling from Canada via the USA during the US Government shutdown. Our flight was cancelled and so we lost 1 night of our reservation (all profit to the hotel)
I had booked 2 reservations under my name and contacted the hotel to tell them about our flight cancelation and that wd were coming the following day.
We arrived at the Hotel the following day after a 15 hour flight only to find out that the Hotel canceled one of the reservation. There was no remorse about canceling our reservation, furthermore the Front Desk lady told us that we could turn around and repurchase the room for $700+ for the two remaining nights.
We thought about it and no longer than 30 minutes decided to pay for the two nights.
When we arrived at the Front Desk the lady told us she made a mistake....that the $700+ was for 1 night only and the second night was $900+
We had to scramble to find a place last minute which was very stressful. The reservation that was for a friend traveling with us, she is over 80 years old. Imagine the stress that caused her and at no point was any kind of clemency offered.
I would not recommend this hotel, their customer service is extremely poor.
