Cozy sofa beds in the living room double as extra sleeping spaces.And enjoy our loft with entertain area with 3 sofa beds. Enjoy meals at in the eating kitchen. Two downstairs bedrooms offer a double bed and 2 singles Bed. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spotless, renovated bathroom.

Conveniently located near Pyrmont Metro, shops, and eateries, with easy access to Sydney's top attractions.

It just footstep to a supermarket ,resturants and cafe, 5 mins walk can reach to fish market, about 15-20 mins can to Sydney ICC.

The house max can live 7 people, 4 people check inis recommand.
This townhouse is not provide car space. ( Outside have lots of pay street parking, or if you need to park , we can suggest some parking information to you)

Great location . Terrible property upkeep . Mosquitoes, cockroaches and slugs . Black mold , water run off issues, Very basic clean ( we scrubbed and cleaned ) clean sheets and towels thankfully, ( dirty bathroom, cheap beds and linen) Definitely not luxury or as pictured. Being spotless, adding a comfy and larger corner sofa, small ottomans for seating / coffee table cleaning up outdoor area and adding a small table would elevate the property easily. Upstairs TV missing cord. Aircon had a dead animal smell.Outside bins smell badly , leaves, rubbish at gate, mouldy clothesline and too many cheap candles and glade plug in’s adding to the horrific air quality . Worst , expensive stay ever after always leaving great reviews and booking properly for years of travel . Only read 2 of the AI or friend’s reviews obviously . There are many, many concerning reviews of this property on stayz and other sites and obviously these platforms and host have done nothing . Suggest this is not up to building code for water run off. I was so disappointed to end our highly organised and successful family holiday paying big for this poorly managed and uncared for property. Couldn't wait to leave the cockroaches . Cleaned up over 10 each day in each bedroom and left 3 for the cleaner to see but obviously no one cares here judging from so many similar reviews. Mosquito and water issues in back court yard. Needs a good clean up and accurate photos . Really disappointing. Location only positive .

All communication with the host was excellent and very punctual.The house itself was functional for our group. The floors need a good clean, it was not the best for our baby to crawl on. The beds did not have top-sheets, just quilts and this wasn't overly comfortable.The property is in an excellent location with easy access to eateries and public transport and parking up the road was cheap and convenient. We enjoyed our stay but would have liked the property to be a little cleaner.

We stayed at this beautiful home last weekend and absolutely loved it!It’s a quiet place right in the heart of Sydney, just a short walk to Darling Harbour and all the major attractions.It’s in a peaceful area yet close to everything you need.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney—we’d love to return!

The location of these cottages is fantastic, it's such a beautiful location with a lot of Sydney's history. That said, the place wasn't clean, and had overwhelming smell of mildew. We had to wear shoes while inside, as the floors were that dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean either, the shower wasn't wiped down and had mould. Half empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner, with an empty hand soap, which was off putting like we had walked into someone's used bathroom. Not enough toilet paper for 2 nights and 6 guest. The kitchen was better than the bathroom but you wouldn't want to cook there.Towels and sheets were clean, however the mattresses weren’t the best on the main beds, understandably with the fold-out beds in such small spaces but the pillows and quilts didn't have covers...we were only left a base sheet for each extra bed.We also had some unexpected night guests—slugs! There was a dead cockroaches in the bedding when went to bed. The outdoor areas weren't well maintained. The front areas wasn't swept and the back sitting area was dirty and not inviting.Overall, it’s a great area, but a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep would really improve the experience.
