Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $500 AUD penalty will apply for any signs of smoking or tampering with the fire alarm system.

No Parties
Parties or events are not allowed. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

No Pets Allowed
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

Self-Check-In
Your check-in will be via self-service. Access details and instructions will be provided the day before your arrival.

Lost Keys / Access Devices
A $300 fee applies for any lost keys or fobs. A $100 fee applies for lockout assistance (or you may contact a local locksmith).

Damage Deposit
A security deposit will be held in case of damage or loss. This will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
