The Space:

Our home features four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your well-being in mind. The three modern and immaculate bathrooms provide ample convenience for everyone in the house.



The open-plan living areas create the perfect ambience for spending quality time with your loved ones. You can relax in the cozy living room while watching your favourite shows or unwind after a long day of exploring.



The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up delicious meals. The dining area is a great place to enjoy family dinners or friendly gatherings.



Step outside into our beautiful backyard and enjoy a BBQ grill, a picnic on the grass, or savor a cup of coffee while taking in the fresh air.

You will have full access to the property.

1. Sydney business park that homes a wide variety of cafes, eateries, world class international and national businesses such as IKEA , ALDI, Costco etc- 6 minute drive



2. Elara shopping village – community oriented neighbourhood shopping centre offering grocery shopping, eateries and other essential services – 3 minute drive



3. Easy access to public transport – bus stops and train stations

Schofields Station – 9 minute drive

Riverstone station – 8 minute drive

Tallawong metro station – 12 minute drive



4. Recreation

- Walking paths, parks close by

- Raging Waters Sydney (Wet n’ wild) – 20 minute drive
