'This house is beautiful. We’ve stayed in rentals in the area twice a year for twenty years, and this one was one of the bests. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. We will definitely be back!'

'The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend.'

I would say if you have an issue with stairs as they’re very steep to the bedroom and down to the dock, it might not be for you. But thankfully that wasn’t our case. Wonderful property!
