Base Camp voor RMNP of SKi In / SkiOut vanuit ons huis

Dit luxe, eigentijdse, op maat gemaakte huis wordt geleverd met adembenemend miljoen dollar, panoramisch uitzicht! Een stijlvolle mix van grote balken en elegant berg modern design komen samen in dit huis met 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers voor maximaal 11 personen. Ongeëvenaarde toegang tot ski's, fietsen, wandelen en sneeuwschoenen voor de deur. Huisdecor is strak en berg modern met gewelfde tong- en groefplafonds, stalen balkenaccenten, een goed uitgeruste gastronomische keuken met hoogwaardige apparatuur en een 6-pits gasfornuis.

Ski in en ski out in onze Granby Ranch thuis, een geweldig gezinsvriendelijk vier seizoenen resort met golf, wandelen van wereldklasse, fietsen en avonturen de deur uit. Devils Thumb Ranch verkozen tot # 1 Nordic Cross Country Resort in Noord-Amerika in 2018 ligt om de hoek. Winter Park / Mary Jane Resort, uitgeroepen tot # 1 skiresort in 2019, is ook in de buurt met een gratis pendeldienst die aan de overkant van onze buurt wordt opgehaald.

Deze unieke woning biedt een functionele plattegrond met inbegrip van een bovenste afgelegen master suite met stoomdouche en bad, een secundaire master, stapelbed kamer, en de vierde slaapkamer met een tweeling en een eigen badkamer. Vier ongelooflijke leefruimtes buiten, inclusief overdekte dubbelzijdige open haard en meerdere dekken voor het hele jaar door entertainment! En u krijgt toegang tot het buitenzwembad en de hot tub van de club wanneer u in ons huis verblijft.

Mountainbiken van wereldklasse, sneeuwschoenwandelen, rodelen en langlaufen liggen letterlijk op een steenworp afstand van de patio. Tijdens de zomermaanden zijn vliegvissen en een 18-holes golfbaan binnen de ranch. Geniet ook binnen 10-25 minuten van Lake Granby, Shadow Lake, Grand Lake, Winter Park en Rocky Mountain National Forest.

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was exceptional with a lot of items to use. The driveway was a little hard to fit 3 large vehicles in with all of the snow, but we got the hang of it.

We did a late holiday celebration here with two families. We had a total of four adults and five kids. In short, this place is amazing. The actual home is beautiful with several outdoor patios. The house is filled with windows and natural light giving us postcard views of the mountain and snow from every angle. There were plenty of space for us to all have our own beds and space, which were all very comfortable. The house is a quick five-minute drive down to the Granby Ski Ranch. I was not comfortable using the ski in/ski out paths as one of our more advanced skiers in the group had a difficult time skiing in (skiing out is a breeze). The hosts were communicative and welcoming. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Our stay in this Granby vacation home was fantastic. The home is beautiful. The views are amazing. The owner was responsive. It served as a great home base for a week of Colorado summer fun for our family. In terms of the house, everything is well appointed and the layout was fantastic for both group fun and time alone in one of the many nooks. The accomodations were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The decks outside made for unbelievable views. The kids loved the lower level and the ping pong table. Everything about the house met or exceeded expectations. We could not have asked for a more amazing home or setting. The only negative was outside the homeowners control. The community is undergoing expansion which meant construction and some of the noise that comes with it. That said, the crews respectfully kept reasonable hours, so our mornings and evenings were peaceful and quiet regardless. Plus, we were out on excursions during the days, so we rarely noticed the inconvenience. In all, it was a great stay and we would be excited to do it again!

We loved our stay in Granby Ranch. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views and fabulous summer mountain weather. The home is tucked high up in the neighborhood and very peaceful. The City Market grocery store was convenient. There is a lot of construction in the area, but we were not disturbed. Would highly recommend for Summer or Winter vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large mountain home. It was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk room and numerous board games! Our biggest complaint was the inattention to snow/ice removal of the driveway and walkway. Eventually the driveway was cleared but our entire stay the walkway remained icy and dangerous for walking (especially for the little ones). Very happy with everything else, would definitely return!

Our group of nine (two families) just returned to Texas from our Spring Break stay at this property, owned by the Guyton family. We have been coming to Granby for years since the kids - all boys - were little (now 16, 14, and 11) and we decided to upgrade our accommodations since bigger, teen boys require more space. LOL. This house did not disappoint! The house is stunning and well-appointed with amenities, space, and gorgeous views (the house sits up at the highest access point/road). It was the perfect place to not only watch the falling snow that dumped on us while there, but also to hop out the back door and hit the trail, taking us down the main ski resort area. We did have to call Allison to determine the best way to get out to the trail, since there had been so much fresh snow, but she promptly responded, and we were on our way! The kitchen is amazing. It had all of the tools/cookware/dishes we needed to cook hearty dinners for our party of 9. The teen boys claimed the downstairs "lounge area" as their own and spent their apres-ski time/evenings playing on their Nintendo Switch that was brought from home. It also kept them contained while the adults enjoyed conversation and cocktails upstairs in front of the huge fireplace. My favorite amenity in this house was the steam shower in the master bathroom! It felt heavenly after coming in frozen from a day on the slopes (it had never been this cold in all of our years coming here) to melt and defrost in the steam/heat! Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house! Rent it for your stay - you will not be disappointed! The only suggestion I have is to maybe add a TV to the great room upstairs. Since the boys were occupying the TV downstairs playing video games, the 4 adults had to retreat to the master bedroom to watch TV together. LOL! Thanks so much for the amazing stay, Guyton Family!!

Our stay was phenomenal! We loved the access to ski in /ski out for those who were able to ski in. The home is very comfortable and cozy and provided amenities for all ages. Really liked how the floors emitted heat during the winter when walking around ! The setting of the house is private. It is short distance Driving to and from the lodge for skiing, etc as well as the city market for grocery across the highway. This provided us with the convenience to quickly run to and from the grocery when needed. Allison responded to questions when needed and was very easy to get in touch with! We hope to come back again soon!

Only one very minor issue. for some reason, I thought the bunk room slept six- not sure how I got my wires crossed, but it went well and the hosts were very responsive and flexible. House is well stocked and granby is a great location. We will be back. Thanks Allison for sharing your home with us.

This home is absolutely stunning, inside and out! We had an amazing stay here and our favorite part was the mountain views from all rooms! You'll have everything you need here including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, board games, ping pong table, and fans for cooling. The decor is beautiful and there are several outdoor spaces to hang out, including a full dining table, outdoor fireplace, and hanging chairs from the middle floor balcony. We had the best stay here and would love to come back, I would highly recommend that you come to enjoy it here too!
