  • Welkom bij een van onze favoriete huizen! We zijn zeer verheugd om geliefde SHERMAN onder de nieuwe eigenaar te houden op ons programma!
    Deze prachtige hond-vriendelijke Tahoma huis beschikt over prachtige moderne constructie, een bubbelbad, een jacuzzi, internet, grote tuin en bosrijke omgeving. BUURHUUR BESCHIKBAAR VOOR EXTRA KOSTEN - Max. lengte van de boot 26 voet
    Dit huis met twee verdiepingen heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2. 5 baden. De bovenste verdieping heeft de master slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een eigen complete badkamer met een jacuzzi. De open keuken en een woonkamer met open haard rots zijn ook op dit niveau. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een Queen bed, en de 3e slaapkamer een Queen / Twin en Twin / Twee bedden allen gelegen op het lagere niveau. De woning heeft nieuwere bedden en TV / DVD in elke slaapkamer.

    De woning heeft een grote upgrade keuken, roestvrij apparaten, en een eettafel voor 10. Upscale berg inrichting van het hele pand. Mooi huis - we dit Tahoma schat aanraden! Toegang tot Tahoe Cedars HOA strand en de pier. Bel ons voor boeien (boten tot 26 ') ruim van tevoren, want bootregistratie en kosten zijn vereist. De huiseigenaren hebben een extra grote hondenkrat in de garage geleverd (kan niet worden verwijderd).

Check in was a little stress as we weren't given the info until right before check in time and didn't have cell service.Location was beautiful and house was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. We would love to come back next year!

The house was very clean and the family thought the photos online did not do the house justice! If we decide to come to Tahoe again, we will definitely try to stay at this house again!

West Shore Gem

My family and I had a great stay at this gem of a property! It was clean, had everything you need, and more than enough space. We were able to all hang out comfortably in the open floor plan of the main living space to have meals and play games. It was also close to the beaches. Highly recommend!

Wonderful winter home with dogs

Our family loved the community, the central location on Tahoe, and the nearby park. Our dogs also loved the place, especially with three feet of snow to play in. Despite the snow, the two-car garage, covered entry, and driveway plowing made it easy to get in and out.

While the top floor is a bit warm in the summer, the bottom floor stays at a nice cool temperature. There were plenty of fans to keep the top floor cool, however.

Beat the heat trip with the pups

My husband and I took our dogs up to Tahoe for a few days to beat the heat in the valley. The house was great. Super comfy. The furniture was all new and really cabinish! Our dogs loved walking the neighborhood and trips to the many dog-friendly beaches and restaurants nearby. For pet owners...the backyard is fenced, however there is no access from inside the house. You need to go out the front door, down the stairs, around the side of the house to get into the yard.

Loved the floor plan.After a day of skiing it was nice to come back and sit in the hot tub. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our pups to get some fresh air without being on a leash. Also nice to have a garage where we were able to fit one small & one medium SUV. Would most definitely stay here again.

Good location, eclectic neighborhood. Biggest downside was the lack of useable outdoor space. Small deck is dominated by hot tub. House has a good size back yard, but no way to access it from other than going out front door and walking around...also no patio or furniture to use back yard space anyway. Really want outdoor relaxing space for summer in Tahoe, this place didn't have it.

Wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway

We capped off our camping weekend with a bit of cabin luxury. The house was perfect for two families, and I especially appreciated that it was well-equipped. The hot tub was also great!
