'Clean room, comfy bed, provided dental kits (a godsend as we both forgot to bring toothpaste!) cute furnishings and wallpaper, ample storage and hooks to dry our towels and hang clothes. The garden was very cute and it was great to be so close to the beach! We also borrowed bikes and went for a lovely bike ride to Currumbin :) Also, I appreciated the staff member on the bar who opened the cider bottle I had bought not realising it wasn't a twist top. A little pricey but absolutely great...

'Great little place in Kirra. We had room number 3 which was spacious with the exception of the bathroom. But don't bother about this, because you won't spend to much time there. Shower quality was great, but most of all, everything was up to par. Yes you could hear the road and airplanes, but the bed was great, and the airco quiet. and most of all, great coffee, nice people and a spacious fridge. The deck has a nice seating area, and towels you can borrow. Parking is free alongside the motel...

'Enjoyed staying at The Wave Resort - location was excellent (only a few minutes walk from the Conference Centre, the beach) with all of the shops and restaurants you will ever need just downstairs. The refurbished pool on Level 4 is fabulous too. I would stay here again and recommend to others. The building works next door was loud, but this is not the fault of the resort.'
