Ligging midden in het oude centrum is uitstekend. We hadden de Baron Suite geboekt bestaande uit een slaapkamer met daarnaast een zitkamer en een ruime badkamer met privé sauna. De suite ligt aan de voorzijde van het hotel met een leuk uitzicht. Het ontbijt was goed. Het is een nostalgisch hotel uit 1912 met ook die sfeer. Leuk detail was de aanwezigheid van een oude kooilift in de lobby.

NIce room, in the city centre of Tallinn
When we arrived, the gave us the wrong room. We booked a luxery room but got a normal room. The hotel was full. Because of that we were upgraded for the following two nights to a junior suite. Perfect solution for us. But they should have told us this at the arrival and not after reclamation.

Sfeervol hotel met mooie, klassieke details (een lift uit 1912, een oude bankkluis). Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. En het hotel ligt op een toplocatie, vlakbij het oude stadsplein, met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Super weekend in Tallinn
Van vrijdag t/m maandag zijn we in Hotel Baron Boutique in Tallinn geweest. Het staat middenin de oude stad, wat al een beleving op zich is. Je waant je in de straten terug in de tijd, prachtig! Leuke en goede restaurants, musea en bars. Het hotel is gezellig en zeer comfortabel en schoon. Fijne bedden, uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Als ik er weer heen zou gaan, zou ik naar dit hotel terugwillen. Een echte aanrader.

Asuttiin sivurakennuksessa standard-huoneessa. Tilava huone mutta viileä. Patterit täysillä mutta eipä kauheasti auttanut. Lattia erityisesti miltei kylmä. Der var meget stor forskel på værelserne. Vi var 3 der rejste sammen og boede på 3 forskellige værelser. Som guldmedlem kan man blive tilbudt opgradering på dette hotel, men det fik jeg ikke - tværtimod fik jeg det dårligste af de 3 værelser vi boede på. Meget mørkt og man kigger lige ud i en mur med vinduer 2 meter fra værelset, så man er nødt til at have trukket gardinerne for hele tiden (værelse 335). Også støj fra nærliggende barer om natten. Der var store friske blodpletter på gulvet, som jeg gjorde opmærksom på i receptionen, men de blev aldrig fjernet. Oplevede desværre også at komme hjem sen eftermiddag, hvor døren til værelset stod på vid gab. Intet var dog stjålet. Gjorde også opmærksom på dette i receptionen, men fik aldrig nogen tilbagemelding på det. Føltes ret utrygt at sove der alene med tanke på de oplevelser. Værelset var dog pænt stort og sengen ok.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Aamupala on runsas ja varmasti jokaiselle löytyy jotain syötävää. Hotellihuone oli siisti. Yövyimme saunallisessa suitessa, jossa vastukset näkyivät kivien vähyyden vuoksi, ei tosin haitannut, saimme kunnon löylyt.

DO NOT STAY IN THE SIDE BUILDING. I was kept up all night by the bar next door which shares a wall with the hotel. I could feel the vibrations of the music until 4am even on the week nights, not to mention the yelling and screaming of drunk people in the street. The room itself was fine - basic, but comfortable enough, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. Very frustrating.

Nice hotel
The room was really big and comfortable especially because of the air conditioner. Breakfast was good and the location is very good. But there is also downside because of the location, there's some nightclubs in the street and it can be heard during the night. The hotel is located in two buildings which are old. We were travelling with baby and trolley, it was a bit challenging couple of times but we managed.
