The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The beds are sized for a restful night, and the layout keeps the space feeling open yet cozy.



Living space

A large living area comfortably seats the entire family, with a comfy sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings. Adjacent to the living room, a small patio offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, and a breakfast nook provides a casual spot for coffee and pastries. A dedicated dining area lets you sit down together for shared meals.



Laundry

A free washer and dryer are located within the unit, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays.



Community amenities

Enjoy exclusive access to a range of community features: a sparkling pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse with a lounge, a basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill for outdoor cooking. A nearby gym adds extra options for staying active.



Parking & security

Three visitor‑labeled parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑served basis, giving you convenient off‑street parking. The gated community is staffed by a security guard, so you can feel safe and at ease throughout your stay.



Location & nearby attractions

Located on the first floor in Lutz, the home is just five minutes from the University of South Florida (2.2 mi) and eight minutes from MOSI (4.2 mi). Busch Gardens Tampa is a short 11‑minute drive (4.5 mi), while Takomah Trail Park (5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 mi) are within easy reach for outdoor adventures.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
