The Queen bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the home and share a full bathroom, directly next to the laundry room. Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find a lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, large flat screen TV, bedside lighting, full-length mirror, tons of closet space, and en suite bathroom.

On the top floor lies the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a wet bar, and a mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. Just off the 3rd-floor lounge lies your very own private sundeck, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Ybor is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

- Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and the rear of the home.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the rear of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home. You will need to send us your vehicle info upon booking this property for us to register your vehicle for free street parking.
