"This unit was perfect. It was close to the airport, the mall, activities etc. The house was clean, and had all the amenities you would ever need. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was perfect. The game room kept the kids occupied. Every room had a tv and the beds were super comfortable. We had enough towels both for the pool and the bath. We had a blast. We would definitely stay again.

EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT:
Early check-in as early as 2:00 PM may be available upon request, depending on availability. A $100 fee applies for early check-in up to 2 hours before the regular check-in time.
Late check-out up to 1 hour after the standard check-out time may also be available upon request for a $100 fee. Both options must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
-Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided, along with toothpaste in case you forget yours! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery store to replenish some things, like paper products.
-5th Bedroom - Private Apartment:
The 5th bedroom listing includes a fully independent apartment located on the right side of the property. This apartment serves as the 5th bedroom and is included in your reservation at no additional cost. It has a separate entrance, providing extra privacy for your group.
-Driveway parking for 6 cars.
-During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to take bins down to the street. After booking, see the house manual for details on expected days.
-We are not in a flood hazard area and as such there will be no modifications or cancellations allowed outside of the free cancellation period, regardless of weather or hurricanes. If you are concerned or want to be protected, please purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.

House Rules:
-Absolutely nothing other than toilet paper in toilets, and no food or anything else in sink drains.
-Only the number of guests stated on the reservation are allowed in or on the property at any time without express written consent of manager/owner ($100 fine/night per guest over)
-Picture ID and working phone number must be provide to the host at time of booking
-Smoking or drugs of any kind is prohibited- reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by the authorities
-We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Adults cannot book for people under 21 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay.
-Parents assume all responsibility and liability for their children while on the property and around the pool.
-No glass in or near the pool
-Do not exit back gate by creek.
