The Space:

Your private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers a serene bayfront conservatory view, tucked away from the pool area for ultimate tranquility. This bright, modern sanctuary is bathed in natural light and features unique Banksy-inspired artwork, designed for relaxation and fun.

The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed).



EVERYTHING is very close by! There are 5 different restaurants very close to the resort, & public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver DIRECTLY to your unit!

Please be aware of the following important details for your stay:



• Digital Rental Agreement: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This process cannot be completed in person.

• Age Requirement: The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



• Supplies: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the on-site coin/card-operated laundry facilities to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

Interaction with Guests:

The host provides a private, self-check-in experience. While the host will not be present during your stay, they are available remotely for any questions or assistance needed. The resort's 24/7 front desk staff can also assist with general inquiries about the property.
