Mooie 1 slaapkamer 1 badkamer volledige keuken allemaal onlangs gerenoveerd. Twee flatscreen-tv's, een kingsize bed, 1 uittrekbare bank, 1 mooie bijgewerkte badkamer, kabel-tv wifi, wasmachine en droger allemaal in condo en meer. Uitzicht op de 14e green op Saddlebrook golfbaan 1e verdieping. Ik heb een lidmaatschap van het appartement, zodat je volledige toegang hebt tot alle voorzieningen in het Resort, waaronder 2 golfbanen, tennis, een super zwembad en meer zwembaden, fietsen, restaurants en nog veel meer. Alle winkels en restaurants zijn vlakbij. 1 uur van Disney World half uur van Busch Gardens, half uur van Lowry park zoo, verkooppunten 15 minuten, winkelcentrum 10 minuten, strand 1 uur en nog veel meer. De luchthaven van Tampa ligt op 35 minuten afstand, de luchthaven van Orlando ligt op een kwartier, u kunt een cruise maken vanuit Tampa of Port Canaveral en naar de honkbal-, voetbal- of hockeywedstrijd gaan. Het Advent Health Center of Ice ligt op 15 minuten afstand en nog veel meer. Je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn...

We loved the property. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The unit had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was prefect for the two of us, it was beautifully renovated and decorated. The King bed was comfortable and bedding was fabulous. The view on the patio was amazing. Everything you need is in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo. Bo was a great host!

The unit had been updated recently. Most appliances were new. There was ample dinnerware, utensils and cookware. There was even a salad spinner which came in handy. Th bath towels were fairly new and nice to use. We liked the unit and would definitely consider returning on a future trip.

Good communication from our host. Access to Saddlebrook resort is straightforward and directions to property clear. Plenty parking at the property. Property properly described with good kitchen and bathroom facilities and useful outside seating space overlooking 14th green. Nice touch with fruit on arrival. Huge bed ! Suggestion would be an additional bedside table so there is one on both sides. Saddlebrook is well located with plenty of eating out choices nearby. The two on-sight golf courses are mature and really well designed / laid out - a proper test. Maybe the time of year but maintenance of the courses could be better. There's chat of the resort being redesigned / redeveloped and the two courses reduced to 27 holes. That would be a shame but maybe time for an overall refresh of Saddlebrook. There were some previous review comments on noise from other apartments. I don't think you can escape this on any of the communal properties on this resort given the type of construction. The people around about us were respectful. We would stay at this property and resort again

We were in town for a college golf tournament during spring break. Compared to the resort rooms, this was a ton nicer and less expensive. And parking is a ton easier than at the resort. Room was as advertised - recently updated and would recommend.

Nice 1 bedroom condo. Had everything we needed. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Nice little patio with view of 14th green. Management very responsive to questions. Would recommend!

While this unit is on the 1st floor, the upstairs condo is rented out like a hotel room. New people moving in and out every couple days. Had to call security on a couple different renters for kids being allowed to run, jump and even ride a skooter in the condo. We spoke with the parents ourselves, but it did no good. This condo could have been a little bit cleaner, but it was ok. NO water pressure in kitchen sink. Pots & pans need to be replaced. We would consider staying here again if it weren't for the upstairs noise.

Condo was very nice and well furnished. You will need to get a card at the front gate to put on your dashboard for coming and going. Our last three mornings we were woken up very early in the morning by workers putting down new flooring in the condo above us. There were no parking spaces at the pool.

Thank you for a great week in the Florida sunshine house shopping in this hectic market. The king bed was so comfortable, we wanted to take it home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for easy breakfast and quick reheats from leftovers at local restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Very cute, updated one bedroom condo right on the golf course. Owner was very helpful and double checked that we got in OK. Stayed for a week looking for homes. Great location for North Tampa, Wesley Chapel area.

The condo is exactly how it looks in pics! As soon as you walk in, it is breathtaking. The decor, cleanliness, and amneties are absolutely wonderful. The condo has a private patio with a view of the golf course. Everything is near the condo. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Lisa & she made sure we knew where everything was at & also what Saddlebrook offered. She was very helpful and gracious. We definitely would return again. Thank you Lisa !

We had a great stay in this totally remodeled, beautiful, one bedroom condo located in Saddlebrook Resort. It is very tastefully decorated and has a nice golf course view. The condo has everything you will need for your stay . It is located near the fitness center and it is a 10 minute walk to the Super Pool. I attended the Hopman Tennis Academy and I walked to the tennis courts which are located by the Super Pool. One big advantage of staying in this condo is that you can park at the condo. The majority of the guests who book through Saddlebrook Resort must use valet parking which cost $15 a day. So, if you want to leave the resort, it takes quite a while because you have to walk to the valet parking area at the entrance of the resort and wait for them to get your car. If you read the trip advisor reviews many people complain about the long wait at the valet parking. The grounds at Saddlebrook are quite beautiful and there’s a very interesting bird nesting area at the lagoon. The bed and sofa are very comfortable and there’s a big flatscreen TV with cable service. The condo is very quiet. Lisa, the owner, lives at Saddlebrook and is very gracious and helpful .

For starters, Lisa was more than accommodating. She was very flexible with my schedule and maintained great communication. The condo itself looked brand new and had everything you could possibly need. The resort was beautiful, great food, awesome pool, and plenty of things to keep you occupied! Very close to Interstate 75 and 20-30 minutes from downtown. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!
