Geniet van een ontspannen verblijf in ons prachtige appartement, Casa Del Mar, en geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht op de zonsondergang.

Of u nu een dag of twee of een paar weken verblijft, zodra u de deur van uw eenheid opent, weet u dat u op vakantie bent.
Gezellige en comfortabele slaapkamer met queen size bed, opgewaardeerde keuken en roestvrij stalen apparaten volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor die nachten die u wilt eten. Water uitzicht vanaf uw balkon. Flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer is beschikbaar om je favoriete shows te zien of in een dvd te popelen en filmavond te genieten. Condo heeft ook gratis WiFi. Ontspan onder een van de tiki paraplu's en run je tenen door het zacht poederachtige zand. U kunt zelfs een dolfijn of twee inhalen in de prachtige Tampa Bay. U kunt grillen op de barbecue grillen of gezellig om 's avonds bij de vuurput.
Sailport Waterfront gemeenschap biedt een groot zwembad met zwembadbar voor drankjes en snacks, outdoor fitness machines en beachvolleybal. Wanneer u in Casa Del Mar verblijft, kunt u gebruik maken van onze fietsen en genieten van een fietstocht.
Als je een sportventilator bent, een strandman, een foodie of een competitieve shopper, dan heb je het allemaal binnen 10 minuten. Kom voor de lente training om naar je favoriete team te kijken, of het nu de Yankees, Blue Jays of the Phillies is, je zal er maar enkele minuten van zijn allemaal zijn. Er is genoeg te doen. U kunt naar een concert in de arena of Busch Gardens gaan. Geniet van een dag op het strand in het strand van Clearwater of het Madiera Beach en maak een wandeling op de promenade bij Johns Pass Village.
Tal van restaurants om uit te kiezen. Rusty Pelican, Bahama Breeze, Beach Bar / Restaurant en Armani's in het Grand Hyatt zijn allemaal erg dichtbij. Voor het winkelen is er de Westshore Mall en de International Mall ... het is allemaal binnen 10 minuten of minder.

Perfect spot to stay when touring U of Tampa & Florida Southern College! Enjoyed views, pool, and convenience of poolside bar and grill. Didn't figure out how to convert sofa bed till 2nd night though... LOL!

Had a great time. Not only is the listing accurate the place was very clean and the surrounding area is amazing. Great place for a get away! Owners were very responsive and answered any/all question. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Beautiful view and comfortable place. TVs didn’t work and the WiFi was too weak to use. Those were a bummer but if it weren’t for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

The owners are great and easy to get ahold of but the property is a little out dated, the bed was very uncomfortable and the wifi service wasn’t that great besides that we had a good time had a good view by the water

So all and all we enjoyed the stay but we no access to good TV, the sound didn't work and it was stuck on Steve Harvey network, not that we needed it but it's nice to have when you goto bed . The restroom had a used towel on the floor that was gross looking. The bedroom closet doors were both off track as well. Small items I realize but still. We also found if you order the unit or a different one through the actual business you could save half your money. Now with all that negative we really did enjoy the pool and pool bar. The food was fabulous and quick. The sunsets were amazing. The location to Clearwater and all the beaches made it a perfect spot. We would recommend but just would book a different way or would need assured that things would be on point, especially for the money I spent.

It was just what I was looking for: a modern space to relax and go to the pool or beach for a few days without having to drive. The pool bar was fun and food tasty, there’s a beach close by (didn’t go), and the apartment had most everything you need for a short stay. Bottle of wine was nice touch. I loved that there was a comfy robe to use. A few small things would have been nice like a pot holder for the oven or creamers for coffee, but overall not a problem.

My husband and I stayed at this location for a late anniversary getaway. Its was super easy to book and was exactly as pictured. We told the property owners that we were celebrating our anniversary and they left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift which we really enjoyed. There was a nice rooftop bar across the street at another hotel we visited and the Rusty Pelican was a very nice restaurant both in walking distance of the property. We did end up renting a car to get to the beach and to enjoy some other things in Tampa. Over all we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice low key getaway. There were also lots of families that stay at this location so it also works well for families and groups.

We stayed for 3 nights and it could not be a better experience. Condo was clean, only thing I needed was coffee creamer but I went to pick that up. We will definitely stay again!! Picture perfect sunsets !!

Our stay at this property was at the beginning of the COVID-19 shelter in place suggestions. My husband and I contemplated not going due to all that was happening but our generous host would only give us 50% refund, So we decided to go and take the chance. I think she thought we were going to back out because when we got to the condo the code to get in did not work. I had to call her and she said that the maid had change it. The condo was clean and had a great view. One thing I would change is the coffee pot! I haven't had to wait on a pot of coffee to brew in years. We loved the amenities of Sailport, we ate at the beach bar every night (because all other restaurants were closed) and the food was pretty good. We will stay on this property again but probably not with this owner.

Wonderful experience! Property was clean and exactly as pictured. Enough kitchen items to cook a full meal. Clean, plush towels and robes provided. The view was the best, 4th floor over looking the pool. Bathroom floor/baseboards/corners had layers of dust and old hair and no blow dryer or bikes like it said in the description. I had asked owner about this prior to staying; she said no bikes but did have blow dryer, there was NOT a blow dryer. Had to go purchase one Bc we had family pictures scheduled while on the trip. Owner has great details about shopping and restaurants so the could make the stay a little easier for those who don’t rely on their phone for everything imaginable. Laundry room was a nice and on 3rd floor. Overall, could not had been happier!
