'Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. 'The pool was kept very clean. The rooms were quite nice. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. There is a spa for massages and facials. I had a wonderful massage there at a great price. The staff were very accommodating though not many spoke very good English. All around it was a great stay 8/10. Be aware lots of Mexicans stay here.'

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. 'The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon.
