Erg fijn hotel, vlakbij de hoofdstraat
Het is een erg fijn, rustig hotel vlakbij de hoofdstraat van Taormina. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie kamers en een geweldig terras met uitzicht op de zee en de Etna.

Fijn hotel op loopafstand van het centrum
Na een lange wandeltocht kwamen we in het hotel aan (prettige ontvangst!) waar ons meteen verteld werd hoe de korte route door het centrum liep. Dit hadden we graag vooraf geweten. Fijn hotel, aardig ontbijt (slechte koffie). De locatie is geweldig, net als het uitzicht. De badkamer was oud, maar fijne douche. Prettige uitvalsbasis om 's avonds op stap te gaan in het centrum, als je de tuin uit loopt, sta je via de trap midden in het centrum. Bij vertrek heeft de dame achter de receptie nog een aantal zaken voor ons uitgezocht, daar nam ze echt de tijd voor. Fijn!

Net hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel,toplocatie
Het hotel was zeer netjes en de kamers waren schoon. Uitzicht op het dakterras was waanzinnig en het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor Italiaanse begrippen een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Locatie vonden wij ideaal. Met de kabelbaan of een shuttlebus kan je naar het strand en je zit in hartje Taormina zonder overlast te hebben. Wel is het plaatsje in de zomermaanden erg druk. Daar moet je van houden.

Dated hotel with friendly staff
Whilst bookinga hotel in Taormina, this hotel caught my attention because of the massive pricedrop from 250 to 50 Euro. I don't think anyone has ever been charged 250 Euro for this room and this kind of unrealistic rebate should not be displayed on hotels.com. 50 Euro was just right and good value for money. The hotel and its' furniture is dated, but the basics were in order. Clean, very friendly English speaking staff who showed pride in working in this hotel and the breakfast was tasty. I had a small room (118) which at night was extremely noisy because of birds or some animal constantly walking over a loose metal ramp or something. The shower was small and the shower head broken, but this was quickly fixed. The next day when i had checked out i could leave my luggage for later pickup and the receptionist was very kind to sort out my bus connection.

Nice hotel
Excellent location if you want to see the walking only part of the town. In other words, this is the ideal location to stay to see everything. The hotel itself is very nice and I enjoyed my stay. From this hotel's outside patio one have a clear view of Etna, Taormina and the sea. While staying here try not to get irritated by the staff saying "you're welcome" every single time you say "thank you".

We loved this hotel. Location could not be better, and the view from the terrace is the best we found in town. The best part, though, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful before and during our visit with transportation around the island. Very nice people as well.

It was a nice hotel but no coffee service in the room. It has a wonderful rooftop bar with an amazing view. Front desk person very nice but morning breakfast staff was too busy to be attentive.

Very disappointed that where wasn’t a hot water pot/coffee tea service in the room. The rooms were so close together that the balcony was unusable unless you wanted to chat with neighbors or smell their smoking cigarettes.

Wonderful property the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It has a lovely roof terrace and wonderful views. It is close to everything. You can walk all over Taornarina from here

The location of the hotel was wonderful with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Easy access to the Main Streets for shopping and restaurants. The room had great view but was too small and the step up to the restroom was a bit dangerous.

We have been five hotels in Italy for this trip. This is the best hotel. Not one of the best. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The view of the breakfast area is amazing. We will come back again.

The property benefits from an amazing view on Taormina thanks to the beautiful terrasse where we take the breakfast and can enjoy some drinks during the day. Once checked-in, you can access the property from a nice garden directly from the city, to avoid the road. Very walkable, close to the vibrant street of Taormina, our stay was lovely. Our room was better in reality than on the Expedia website pictures since some redecoration has been done. We took the bus from the train station when we arrived and preferred to ask the hotel to book a taxi to come back. We should have agreed on the price before because it was 25€ for a 10-min drive and it was not an official taxi.

This is an excellent place to stay in Taormina. The location is great for everything and the staff were very helpful. It has a great roof top bar with fantastic views.

We absolutely loved staying here. The customer service was top-notch. The rooms were smoke-free, airy and fresh and clean. Easy walking to the mail road where all the shops are and best of all valet parking made it so easy to stay here! to top it all off the breakfast was the best ever. They had everything you could want. Great for vegans and fruitarians too.

Great location! Steps away from the main street full of shops and restaurants but tucked away and quiet. Staff was friendly and view from rooftop was great but the standard room was extremely dated, stuck in the 70’s, and not as pictured on Expedia. Parking is a challenge in Taormina but they offer valet parking for $20 a day.
