'Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Hotel. The front desk staff as well as he staff at the attached Black Sheep Pub and the Harbourview Grill were lovely. We had a large room with a view of the marina. Breakfast wa included in the morning and went above a beyond the typical complimentary hotel breakfast. I am hoping to return to Campbeltown and will book the Roal Hotel again.'

'Beautiful scenes of the sea and mountains from the breakfast room and bedroom. Nice room with ensuite bathroom. Only the wifi didn't work properly. Lady of the house had tried to fix this, but with no luck during our stay. '

'Een hele leuke uitstraling die helaas niet meer als hotel van deze tijd is. Ondanks dat het bed perfect was en het sanitair schoon is de afwerking in de badkamer en slaapkamer onder peil. De hotelkamers en in mindere mate de overige ruimten van het hotel zijn aan een rigoureuze opknapbeurt toe. Als pub en ook eet gelegenheid is het erg gezellig met prima gastheren en -vrouwen, maar de accomodatie verdiend echt een grote facelift!'

'Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting'

'lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lamlash Bay hotel, we were in one of the top floor rooms so the slanted roof was a bit of an issue for me but I managed to navigate without too many bumps. We really enjoyed the food on offer in the restaurant and it was nice just to chill out in the bar or take in the views outside, Top quality food, location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. '
