'Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. 2nd hot tub isn't a hottub, just a bath with a hot hose running to it. Kids 'pods' pretty unusable, 1 stinks of damp rot, the other is just musty. The 'gym' has 1 reasonable running machine, the rest...

'This fantastic coastal home was an absolute joy to stay in, with attention to detail and gorgeous views with both sunrises and sunsets enjoyed by all. This is a unique property with plenty space for a group of 10 people. Access to the beach at Broughty Ferry just a stones throw away makes for a beautiful stay.
