'All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor. "We stayed in villa number 2, we had a great stay in a comfy room with private pool, everything very clean. Restaurant is extremely good, also the spa was A+++. All personell extremely friendly. Would not doubt to stay here again in Ubud. The nice thing about this hotel is that everything is walkable which is needed in Ubud because walking goes faster than with the car. If you like playing padel, there's a padel club at the back of the hotel near the restaurant too."
