'A beautiful, quiet setting with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Paul did everything he could to make our stay relaxing. The only slight drawback which he wasn’t able to affect was intermittent Wi-Fi, but didn’t affect our stay too much as we were looking for a quiet retreat.'

'2 bed house in quiet street. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. House was clean and basically furnished. Everything worked as it should. Nice bathroom with shower. Driveway if required. Close to town centre (£5 in taxi). Can’t comment as to local amenities or public transport as we never used them. Contact with owner was easy and we had no issues. '

'The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. Overall happy with the property but little details could improve the stay. Cheap stay for 7 people and...

'We had an incredible stay that was in part due to the clean comfortable accommodations. Our host made us feel right at home, provided snacks, was very helpful in providing helpful information about the area. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again. '

'Our extended family of 14 were entranced by this wonderful house and its extensive grounds. The young children loved exploring in the orchard, picking a few cherries, bouncing on the safe (!) trampoline. And the games room with kicker football, lego, and puzzles and games! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with AMAZING views. The ensuite bathrooms were a delight. We all loved the stylish kitchen. Fridge & freezer large enough for our needs. For meals, we used not only the lovely regency...

'A group of 8 of us stayed at Rotherham House for a lowkey Hen Do and it was absolutely perfect for us! It was beautifully clean and everything was as described. Everything was fully stocked and there was anything we could need readily available at the property. At first communication was hard to get a hold of, but was then happy to help us with preparations and help us with decor etc. While at the property, Lucy was available whenever we needed anything or to answer any questions.
