'Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend...

'Gorgeous and clean, while at a great price'

'I liked that the property had private access to the beach and overall a calm environment.'

'The lady manager was very helpful to us. We had guests above us that let their kids jump and run around in their room late into the night 11pm and early morning 4am. On our 3rd night I called the manager at 11 pm and she called the room above us asking them to be quiet. Eventually they got quiet. I didn’t expect this, but she comped some things for us. They take serious the sleep their guests receive😊 We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.'

'Leuk hotel, met mooi uitzicht'

'Parkeren gratis overdekt bij hotel, direct aan het strand. Pier Pismo Beach op loopafstand. Kamer met jacuzzi op balkon (en daardoor meteen zeezicht) voor een geringe meerprijs. Heerlijk open haard in de kamer. Gratis strandstoeltjes en strandlakens afhalen bij receptie. Mooi groot breed strand met surfers bij de pier. We hebben hier echt genoten! Komen er graag nog een keertje terug!'

'Cute place'

'We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...

'This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's the 3rd time that the cleaning staff that cleans your room is literally non existent. I spent $1800 on two days and they can't even clean the room. The pool also has a rough surface on the bottom, so my daughter and granddaughter had scratches all over their feet. I had a $100 bag of decorations for my granddaughters birthday and the cleaning staff threw them away. So it was a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately I can't stay here again, and it...

'Geweldig'

'Goede locatie in Pismo Beach. Entree vrij gedateerd met lekkende aquarium. Inchecken ging moeizaam door minder goed Engels sprekend personeel. problemen met de betaalautomaat. Kamer was netjes. Bedmeubel hing los. '

'Convenient'

'The outside is really nice Spanish style however the lobby lacks the same aesthetic. It felt very clinical like a doctors office. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready. The bathroom was very dingy, wallpaper peeling moldy baseboards. We had to pay to park which I found odd for the location.'

'Glad we stayed in this hotel. Came in at 2AM and we were still welcomed! The room is clean and the whole place is quiet. It's a hidden gem!'
