'The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though'

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. 'I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! '

'Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!'
