'Was perfect for our family! Our kids and grandkids loved it! The hot tub was especially nice. There was a park so close. Would stay again for sure!'

'The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk to the lake to fish every day and cook/ hang out on the back patio and enjoy the view in the mornings and evenings. The house is beautifully decorated. With 3 bathrooms everyone was able to have their own and the upstairs loft was also a nice hangout area for guests staying in that room. The host went above and beyond! Overall such an amazing trip we will be back!'

'VERY nice property. One exception is protected birds (swallows and Geese). They can be very messy. The owner does everything he can to minimize the issue. We were very impressed with caring and considerate effort to make our stay enjoyable.'

'A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you.'

The location was amazing, and there were so many gathering spaces that we never felt cramped (there was 13 of us) and the game room was spectacular!!! 'This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside.'
