'We stayed here for 1 night and the hotel is beautiful. It was clean and the air con in the room was fantastic! Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the garden terrace with the room looked magical lit up at night. The location is great just minutes walk away from everything, I would very highly recommend this hotel and the price was cheap compared to other places. '

'We visited Liverpool on one of the most expensive weeks of the year (due to Liverpool FC's parade and the May Bank Holiday music festivals), so chose to stay in Stockport, a few miles up the coast from Liverpool, where accommodation is far better value for money, and it's quieter.
If you don't want to drive into Liverpool city centre, there's a very regular railway service (every 15 minutes) between the two towns, and parking at Stockport station is only £3.95 for 24 hours when using the NCP...

Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

'Checked in with a woman i know was the manager bit kept telling me she wasn't the manager which i found dodgy straight away ,in the pictures rhey dknt show you the main door is all rotten ans wood is actually falllen off ,the walls are all dirty the smell of cooking was overpowering ,no wifi code given nothing, when walkimg into room it looks lovely at first then you start noticing ahaim dirty walls ,window sills ,the shower whaat a joke it actaully flooded the full toilet my husband caught the...
