'A perfect stay in a beautiful property. I always say you get what you pay for, so while it seemed expensive when I booked it, it was so worth the money. Everything was spot on, the furnishings were sumptuous, furniture and beds were top quality, bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious. Host was great and left a lovely welcome hamper with wine, chocolate etc. All in all, I couldn't fault Finch House'

'Property was very clean and easy to check in'

'The location was easy to get, and check in was seamless. The room was clean. There were details about where the rooms were located but there was no information about other areas like kitchen and bathroom. The cleanliness of the other areas of the apartment could be improved. But overall I had a good stay.'

'The property is a little tired around the edges but was very clean and well presented. For some reason I didn't receive key code through Vrbo app but Christina very quickly responded to my contacting her and provided the needed info. In general the property was quiet, had everything we needed and in a great location for what we were there for. 'This property and its host are simply outstanding. Located in the North Yorkshire countryside, the property is a converted barn, adjacent to the main farmhouse. While retaining the charm of the old structure, it has thoroughly modern kitchen and bathrooms. The is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor as well as an en-suite bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom and bath open to a small sitting area that overlooks the living space below. The main living area has a large television mounted...

'They messed up our booking and we had a to leave a day early, only finding out the morning of leaving. Spoliing our last day for our kids and elderly dog.'

'Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund.'

'It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! '

'Property in good location , quiet and friendly environment. It may look as bit dated but very comfortable including accessible for kitchen , garden and TV programs. It’s worth for the money for sure Laura is very helpful and spot on with the communication. We were stayed for s week and wished we can come back again when needed .'
