Costa Esmeralda - Pool By LVH

Currently, renovation work is being carried out on the main pool of the complex, so it will be temporarily closed. The children's pool is available and can be used as normal.



The holiday home Casa Costa Esmeralda is located in Costa Teguise and offers its guests pleasant sea views, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Lanzarote.



The property is distributed over two floors and features a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, providing a comfortable and functional space to enjoy holidays.



The room features a double bed, spacious wardrobes, television and beautiful sea views, which ensures rest and comfort during the stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and kitchen utensils, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle, ideal for preparing meals just like at home.



The property has several outdoor areas, including a covered terrace and two balconies. The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the climate and surroundings, with the upper terrace standing out for its sea views.



Among the additional services are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television and washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also offered upon request, which makes the accommodation suitable for stays with babies.



The beaches of Costa Teguise are located just 2 km away, and there is free street parking in the surrounding area.



It is not permitted to make noise after 10:00 PM, to ensure the rest of all neighbours. The dwelling does not have air conditioning, but it has a fan for greater comfort.
