De ontvangst bij Fabric Hotel is top ! Receptiepersoneel is superaardig en meer dan behulpzaam om je te helpen met al je vragen. De kamers zijn prima en ademen hetzelfde designsfeertje dat het hotel bijzonder maakt. Het ontbijt is GEWELDIG ! zelden of nooit zo'n uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt geproefd.

A boutique hotel that greets you with a cold sangria is worthy of 5 stars. Dinner it’s small size fool, Fabric is a hotel that pays attention to all those small details that makes one’s stay enjoyable. Have you ever heard of a free minibar? That little fridge that most hotels view as their onsite ATM machine? Well at Fabric it is FREE (stocked with soft drinks) along with an espresso machine and high quality pralines. My stay was complete with an awesome buffet and custom made omelettes all included. I would recommend that the Pritzkers (Hyatt) and Marriott family come over to learn what hospitality is about.

I stayed here for 7 days. The hotel room is nicely decorated, with plenty of room for personal belongings. My room also had a big shower. The hotel itself is located in a more quite street with an 24/7 mini supermarket on the other side of the street. Hotel personal was really friendly and helpful. Also the Bushwick bar, where you can get breakfast if you want servers really good cocktails in the evening. 10/10 would recommend!

An absolutely delightful time at The Fabric. Faultless in ever aspect and as for the staff, by far the best I’ve ever come across in many years of travelling around the world, and I flew around the world as a flight attendant so stayed in many high end hotels which could learn a thing or two from your hotel. A young team who are passionate ambassadors of their country and nothing was too much trouble for them. You’ll all be missed xx

We loved our bunk bed room that allowed the four of us to stay comfortably in one room. The hotel only has two of these rooms and the are both in the back over the bar/patio/restaurant (1st and 2nd floor). If your sensitive to noise, these may not be for you. But we had no problem sleeping any of the nights. The breakfasts are AMAZING. As are the beds and location. highly recommend!

Great room! The best shower I've ever had.amazing breakfast! Location is perfect. One thing to note is the next door parking which is too expensive, we had to pay 160 NIS for 23 hours..

Excellent hotel
Great location in the center of Tel Aviv. Close to nightlife, great walking, restaurants, the market and only 1/2 mile very pleasant walk to the beach. Room is on the small size, but who cares as we were there to see the city.

Rarely write negative reviews, but making an exception for Fabric Hotel. Rooms were okay, but not amazing in any way and extremely small as noted by several other reviews. Probably okay for a single person, but incredibly tight (even compared to crowded city centers in places like NYC, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, etc.) for two adults and/or with two carry-on size bags. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Sometimes there was toilet paper, sometimes there wasn't. Sometimes there were coffee capsules, sometimes there wasn't. The parts of the job that were done were done well, but there were regularly parts that were missed. Housekeeping timing was not so great -- shut down elevators for cleaning at prime check-out time. Shutdown common area bathrooms at prime time for breakfast (and it was extra fun to take the stairs six floors up from the lobby to the roof in order to access the alternate common area toilets because elevators were shut down for cleaning at the same time). When mentioning this to staff I was greeted with a snarky "or you can use the toilet in your room", which would have been less infuriating if housekeeping had stocked the room with toilet paper... but again there was none. At check-in the staff was quite rude, shoving aside a disabled elderly woman traveling with us rather than helping hold a door or bag. No "excuse me" or apology (in any language) came with that stampede. Similarly, the hotel had a rope-line setup at the street making loading

The majority of feedback that we receive is consistently positive and because of this, we are very surprised and sorry that your experience was the opposite. We take your comments very seriously and have looked into the issues you stated. The hotel offers multiple room categories, at various sizes and different price ranges. In the majority of rooms 2 adults (plus luggage) are very comfortable. We also have rooms for 2 adults plus bunk beds for 2 children. It is unfortunate that if you were missing something in your room your did not let us know. When your room was checked there was nothing missing. The elevators are cleaned early in the morning before most guests are up. Two elevators are never cleaned at the same time. We don't understand why you would go up 6 flights of stairs to the bathroom when your room was on the first floor. You mentioned the issue at 'peak breakfast time' but you didn't have breakfast. The rope that you mentioned is on the side of the street and is used to keep place available in front of the hotel. It is only one meter and can be moved easily. I must mention that your aunt was not 'shoved'. Our staff is not outside of the hotel. They would have been happy to assist her if requested. The staff saw that she was helped once inside. There was no reason to be upset when asked for your email address. This is the norm at all hotels. Our complimentary Happy Hour is very popular. You were given two complimentary vouchers for the Happy Hour and told that you still had time to enjoy it, plus the hostess was holding a table for you. Your response being 'what a great welcome we have here'. The comment you wrote on Expedia while you were still in the hotel was answered immediately. Our reception manager tried to contact you and you never replied and when you checked out you didn't mention any issues. Our staff works very hard to ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. This is our top priority. We are very sorry that you did not mention the issues to the staff in 'real time' where they would have been discussed and dealt with, but instead chose a social media platform! fantastic boutique hotel right in the center of all the locations of interest. Staff very helpful and friendly, great rooftop but bring a drink up there to enjoy the atmosphere. Bushwick is there great Cocktail bar but lovely food too.
