The Space

Located at the corner of the Shook Akarmel, in a modern new building. While you can enjoy coming home to a part of the city’s heritage, the apartment’s interior is completely renovated to the latest standards. The atmosphere inside combines the sea breeze's freshness and modern appliances; featuring 1 bedroom, a bright salon, and an ample open kitchen. Last, there is a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, take a 3-minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home.

There is a shelter room (one of the bedrooms is a mamad in hebrew).

The parking is a parking elevator, the size of the car must be a maximum 1,5 m of height .

The neighbourhood

Kalisher Street leads to the promenade from almost Rothschild to the beach. Located at the corner or the Shook Akarmel, you can go for some shopping, buying a fresh juice or try one of the Shook restaurants. Take a 5-minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops.
