Great hotel for beach and nightlife
I was received very nicely, by friendly staff who offered me a glass of champagne. My room - an urban room - was very nice, though I missed a water cooker. It was a very special room next to an open area with a large jacuzzi - not in use as it was too cold- plants, and lounge chairs. The area was open to the street. I did not like the fact that there was 'lounge' music played in this area: I could hear it in my room. It stopped at 10 PM though. The breakfast buffet was ample, with a wide range of fresh choices and with very good coffee. All in all a nice hotel, but more for people enjoying the beach and the nightlife.

Het was een erg geslaagde week bij the Lighthouse. De personeel was vriendelijk en onze kamer was altijd op en top schoon! De bar boven is geweldig! De hotel is goed gelegen en er zijn genoeg restaurantjes en hippe tenten in de buurt! Een echte aanrader!

Bij binnenkomst verwacht je erg veel van het hotel aangezien het een zeer mooie lobby heeft. Maar na eenmaal gesproken te hebben met de receptionisten dan veranderd alles in een meer negatieve sfeer. Vanaf het moment dat je de sleutel krijgt zie je pas echt hoe het hotel is, op een zeer goedkope manier een hotel proberen neer te zetten..... zeer zeer teleurstellend. De plaatjes waren veelbelovend. Wanneer je aan het douchen bent dan maakt de afvoer zo een herrie dat je al medelijden hebt met de buren, en het toilet maakt ook net zoveel geluid als in het vliegtuig. Oftewel prijs kwaliteit klopt totaal niet, mijn advies voor dit geld kan je een leuker hotel boeken.

Check in staff was super friendly and we arrived at 9am, the room was ready for us to use which is very impressive. Room interior is aged but good enough for just a one night layover.

Il est inadmissible de ne pas avoir une climatisation qui fonctionne. Le pire c’est qu’ils insistent à nous dire qu’elle fonctionne,, oui mais le chaud seulement comme un ventilateur (il fait 31 degrés une honte ). Le personnel et surtout la manager Daniel, qui est irrespectueuse. Après nous avoir changé de chambre, le problème reste un changé et on apprend que c’est tout l’immeuble qui est en panne.

Charming boutique style hotel with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Sea view a plus. Outside work on light rail makes car/taxi access a little challenging but overall a really nice hotel a short walk from the beach and eating places.

Stayed here 3 nights in the jacuzzi suite enjoyed every bit of it , although parking is a bit of a hassle and privacy around the jacuzzi can be better but I still had a great time and very comfortable stay, the shore is a 5-10 minute walk and plenty of convenient store and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is pretty cool. Nice decor. Shame about the construction works right outside. We were initially given a terrible room right above the bar area which was very noisy. We asked to be moved to a quieter room. Air conditioning did not work properly and it was uncomfortable at night when the temperatures was 30degrees. Reception staff were generally helpful but concierge were unhelpful.

This area was under serious street construction which is common for Expedia: they will often book rooms on sides where active construction is ongoing offering a “discount.” Thankfully it was a light work crew barely heard them. Breakfast is excellent! Bravo 5th floor! I recommend it for this experience alone. Bed, linen, towels, overall cleanliness a ten! They provide towels for the beach which is very close by. Staff was hospitable- good team of people. FYI: Black bathrooms/decor seem to be a thing in Israel.

Great staff let down by neglected hotel building
We were looking forward to staying here for our honeymoon as its in a great location and the site showcased the 18th floor bar and rooftop sun deck with panoramic views. Sadly it has been closed for sometime. The gym and sauna in the basement level were unpleasant with no working escalators. The hotel corridors were dark to a point of being unsafe. This might be useful in masking all sorts of neglected maintenance. The lift music was far too loud. Rooms could do with more surface space and the windows need cleaning. The staff including the manager tried hard to offer good service, however the building is tired and seems to be neglected by the Brown hotel group. It is need of a complete renovation to bring it up to standards. Also, the facilities guide needs to be updated to reflect the parts that are not open and pictures reviewed as it is misleading. Definitely not worth the room rate and we would never again stay at a Brown Hotel based on how they have neglected this hotel.

This was an appalling stay and had very few redeeming features. Despite looking glossy online this hotel is grubby and in need of a refurbishment. Most of the hotel is covered in thick black paint which makes it very difficult to see anything - our room never felt clean. The rug had a range of cigarette burn marks and the bathroom was covered in limescale. There is nowhere practical in the room to store cases or put clothes. The shower fluctuated between extreme cold and hot water. The Wi-Fi was flaky. The hotel also felt unsafe. Rooms do not have a spyhole and there is no chain. Anyone can enter the lifts and in fact the hotel is shared with a number of business and the French Consul. We had an exceptionally disturbed stay with the people in the next door room shouting, swearing, banging walls and furniture and partying until the early hours. We were told these people were then removed by the hotel after we reach out the hotel. There was no attempt by the hotel to proactively apologise or check that we were ok. As compensation were given a free massage in the spa. This was disappointing. The spa is down some filthy escalators and is itself grubby. The rooftop bar is non existent. And there’s nowhere to relax aside from two loungers and an odd jacuzzi on the fifth floor. Breakfast is random. On some days there’s a menu to order from, and some days there isn’t. There was no rhyme or reason. The coffee is very poor. There is construction going on in front of the hotel which is

Good breakfast - the rest is medium.
The hotel is just an okay hotel.. not more. The rooms are not so comfortable. The one in the high floors has a very noisy toilets, like in an airplane, it was horrible. the tub is too high and dangerous, the hotel is too dark, designed in black and has almost zero light. still you can notice it's not very clean - not in the corridors and in the rooms you can see it needs fixing - not a good job of design and fixes. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice, however, most were not Hebrew speakers.... Location is problematic - too many constructions. overall - not our type of hotel to return to. sorry.

Struttura ubicata nei pressi della spiaggia. Nella zono ci sono parecchi lavori stradali che rendono complicato l'arrivo in auto ed il passaggio dei pedoni. La facciata è in condizioni pietose, l'entrata dal garage piena di rottami e con scale insicure. Reception con fili elettrici a vista. Personale in gran parte cordiale (non tutti); Il millantato ristorante non esiste, il bar sulla terrazza nemmeno, chiuso da oltre un anno. Hotel arredato con gusto, anche se è tutto molto scuro (camere comprese), ma tenuto in condizioni pessime. Le camere hanno vetri sporchi e bagni poco puliti, dalle piastrelle al pavimento, ci vorrebbe davvero poco. Non vale il prezzo pagato

good location although currently there is construction outside for the new rail system. The room was small and dirty with dust built up everywhere. Housekeeping was pathetic. they just remake the bed without changing the sheets. They don't clean or throw out garbage. A hidden gem in the best part of Tel Aviv. 2-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the shuk, and pretty much a walking distance from the best parts of the city. We had a great experience staying there with our 1-year-old. But above all, it was the hotel manager Avi that went above and beyond to accommodate and help with every little thing we needed. It felt like Avi was there around the clock at all times. It's amazing how exceptional service can make a vacation so much better. Thank you guys!

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
manque souvent de serviettes et de papier de toilette. terrasse du haut non disponible. heures du déjeuner méritent de débuter plus tôt afin de respecter les horaires d'excursion. boite à lunch offerte toutefois. impossible d'ajuster la température de la chambre! chauffage en continue donc très chaud. on entend les voisins clairement... réparations autour de l'hôtel imprévisible. toutefois malgré tout séjour agréable et bon service de la réception.

I really like the decor and furnishings. It was modern and trendy in a Shabby Chic manner. The terrace where breakfast is served is great. However, I was concerned with the lack of cleanliness in the room. The back of the television was covered in a very thick layer of dust. I had to plug in the HDMI cable because it was unplugged and I must admit it shocked me. Like it had never been cleaned. Also there was some previous guests hair tie on the floor. Small things but indicstors of a lack of attention to cleanliness.

In complesso un buon hotel ma pulizia da migliorar
Hotel collocato in posizione strategica: a metà strada tra il mare è il centro città. Molto ben curato e arredato sia nella hall che nelle camere. Unico neo è la pulizia: i bagni (e lo doccia soprattutto) di colore nero nascondono bene la sommaria pulizia (mazzi di capelli non miei nello scarico doccia lasciati 5 giorni!!!) . Il servizio non riordina la camera ma rifà solo i letti e il bagno: tutti i vestiti scarpe lasciati come li hanno trovati. Personale alla reception non preparato su ciò che c’è da fare in città e comunque poco collaborativo
