Disappointed stay
I am a regular at this hotel, although it was interrupted for some time due to Covid. I had a very long travelling day y and was longing forward to eat and drink something at your Rooftop Bar. Much to my unpleasant surprise I was denied access. There was a private party. After 10 there is no room service, so you can end up with nothing to eat or drink and no other place to sit except your own room. Basically the hotel without the hotel became a bed and breakfast

New and well maintained, good breakfast, wide choices. No rooftop bar, also maintenance staff leaves mop soap on tile floors making them very slippery. Please learn to rinse. Had to rinse them ourselves to make them safe.

Trotz der Grösse des Hotels hat man mit dem Servicepersonal einen persönlichen und freundlichen Umgang. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Im Badezimmer hat man nun auf umweltfreundliche Produkte umgestellt.

This is an acceptable hotel which worked well for a business trip. The staff are helpful and there is access to a gym and pool. The business lounge closes at 5pm which wasn't helpful as that's the time I would have used it - during the day I was working outside the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained but slightly dated, and I had to unplug the fridge at night as it was so noisy! It's the only hotel in the area so likely I would stay there again.

Lobby is small has only front desk, stuff is nice and close to the 4 road. The big problem - the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We actually felt the springs of the mattress. They didn’t manage to help us with that as it was Pessach and the hotel was full. Also the room and shower doesn’t fit 4 stars hotel. Maybe 2 stars.

One of them best he hotel’s experiences in Israel
Visit was wonderful. The rooms are super large, the facilities are prefect. The service was great. One of the better hotels that I’ve experienced out of the USA
